These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of golfshotanalytics.com and the associated Golf Shot Analytics software (the "Service"), provided by Nuco LLC, Heligemattstrasse 19, 8904 Aesch ZH, Switzerland ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

  • Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

  • We are not responsible for data loss, corruption or inaccuracies

We do not provide any total or capped liability limit. Liability is governed solely by applicable Swiss law.
